Judging by a name in linked forum, the owner of this collection is Cat Vaska:

I get it now. Gizmodo article shows pictures of one collector (CPUHanter), and provides a list of chips in Cat Vaska's collection. CpuHanter's website is here:

CPUHanter, Bhrigu, Cat Vaska
I know them all Smile
It looks that Hunter is suspended with CPU's collecting at the moment because of worldwide crisis.
I guess Russian (non-speaking English) collectors community thinks that he has the bigest collection in ex-ussr.

I don't know if you have the same feeling than me, but since I started to collect actively CPUs 4 years ago, i've seen a real difference in the vintage CPUs that are "on the market". For instance, 486s are getting scarce now (compared to a few years ago as they were really common), and I don't think, if I was starting to collect now, that I could get the 100+ different 486s intels I have. I don't talk about 4004s that were already at high prices 4 years ago.

So I don't think a new collector now could catch up with John ! Smile That's what I meant...

Void menace, scanning process would outlive you.
Posting only a spreadshit of names is pointless.

Starting a travel tour to your own personal museum would be better, from Russia with love!
