Pink ceramics is rare. All this RF chips here i saw white ceramic or plastic.
And this inscription "sdelano v sssr (made in USSR)" means that the chip is made for export. And in this case no factory logo present. Only chips that were sold "here", had a logo |

Unfortunately I have only RF2 switching MMYY/YYMM brothers...
But find out two different dies in RF5. |

My timeline outlook of 573RF5 production.
There is everything - 3 types of die, both MMYY/YYMM codes and pink package... do You see little different pads?
Unfortunately export version only... yet  |
