I have some boxed coprocessors and processors. The Weitek is the most special, i made some pictures

Is the processor inside an engineering sample? Regardless of this the box is very, very rare. Well, now I have another goal to fulfill Smile

I bought boxed Weitek PowerUp co-processor this week. It's not as rare as Weitek 4167, but it's a first non-x86 boxed processor/co-processor in my collection:

And the co-processor itself:

Hm, boxed 8087 is rare, and boxed 8087-1 is even more rare...

I have another addition to my collection of boxed processors. This time it's embedded version of 80386:

It says "Sample" on the box, and the processor itself has Qxxx sSpec number:

Another box... This time it's the biggest boxed processor in my collection - Intel Pentium II Xeon 400.

Boxed Xeon 400 and boxed Intel 80387. Notice that Xeon box is 2 times thicker! -

Another boxed co-processor - US83C87SX-16:

In my opinion, the box looks beautiful. It's curious that the box has ULSI co-processor on the picture, but the box itself is sold under "SDC" (Specialty Development Corporation) name.
