I have some MCM to ID
on first picture are G3 MCM?
second picture, are G1?
on third picture there is an MCM with the same dimension and pinout like a Power 2, also same number of cores ( but I doubt it's a Power 2, someone has never seen one like it?

First photo is likely G3, although there's two different MCMs, and a different number of dies.
Second photo are not G1, nor S/390 IMO.
Third, I have no idea, I saw that one on eBay and was very intrigued! |
