Tried the lenses i have to my camera, but it was not enough so i bought one of those USB-microscopes to start with.
I can see there is text on the die.

Got my toy-usb-microscope. This is the best i can get it.
Anyone in for a guess?
Text reads "4MRC00AB" or "4MRCOOAB"
