All EULA in Poland have do be right with law. You can write absurd records in the rules in EULA but they do not have "legal force" because of conflict with acts. I think that is same in US but like CPUShack said eBay's lawyers are good in their job.
What I'm trying to say is signing documents with illegal content doesn't mean that user do not have right and law isn't on his side. _________________ Visit ABC CPU - Virtual CPU Museum. |
