I say we have an AVICC clearance sale on her box; if she abandoned it and all legitimate attempts to contact her have failed, I'd think forfeiting it would be allowable at some point.

my usual policy is after 1 year of no contact anything left here is a donation
That being said I have on occasion had things sit here for 10 years, then suddenly someone wants it shipped LOL
