Actually, it's PII-300, CPU-Z detects stock speed only by the multiplier that is used. Smile
I'm not sure if it's even possible to detect default speed of an Intel processor that is older than a coppermine any other way. This overclock was done over a year ago, that's why the program version is so old in the screenshot.

Edit: I really do not want to hijack the thread to offtopic, but here's one more recent overclock of mine you might find interesting if you're into that kind of stuff. It's OEM Celeron 300A SL36A (And it's validated, compared to a plain screenshot) http://valid.x86-secret.com/show_oc.php?id=136853
