well, 7 hours and 255 capacitors later...
The processor is an S/390 4-way CPU, possibly G5 (not to be mistaken PPC G5).
4 chips in the middle are cores
1,2,3,12,13 are certainly cache
5 and 14 are the same cores, maybe bus controllers,,
4 and 16 are the same cores, maybe cache controllers,
no idea about the rest |
