Mats,

You can't leave a feedback after 90 days (less than three months) so it's better to leave feedback earlier than not to leave it at all. I already made this mistake once with another seller Sad

This is my plan of actions: If I will not receive response from scrapmatic in two days I will file fraud alert with eBay. If I won't receive chips after that I will leave negative feedback for scrapmatic on July 20th or 21st (the auctions I won ended on April 24/25).

I too am waiting for 3 chips won on May 14th and May 23rd. I received an email on June 7th stating they had received the money orders and My order would be shipped the following week.
It`s now July 7th.I have received other cpu`s from California in a matter of days here in Vancouver. I emailed earlier today but as yet haven`t had a response.
The same people run GI trading I suspect . I won`t buy from them again or
GI. Mad

I am not yet convinced that g.i.trading is the same person as scrapmatic - perhaps they are partners who run a small business or husband and wife. Judging by g.i.trading's feedback, he/she is a good seller. I couldn't find one feedback where g.i.trading was the seller and the buyer left feedback more than 3 weeks after the end of the auction. However, the difference between what g.i.trading is selling (chips, technical publications, etc.) and what g.i.trading is buying (lots of baby clothes, low-fat recipes, satin bows) strikes me as very odd...

By the way, where was staceymama's selling location?

Ok, I just checked the last of the feedbacks for the items that g.i.trading sold, and it (the very first item sold) took a month before the buyer left feedback. I checked the list of feedbacks that the buyer left for other sellers, and he/she seems to leave feedback as soon as the item arrives. I won't jump to conclusions though.

Hi

I just received the chips today. The package was postmarked July 12th. They finally answered My email and said the package had been sent over a month ago. Has anyone else received their chips that were waiting?

I didn't receive the chips yet. If I won't get the chips in the next two days I will leave negative feedback.

I didn't receive the chips last weekend so as promised I left to scrapmatic negative feedback:

To those also concerned,

I have done some research on this "new" seller. G.I.Trading and Scrapmatic are the same person. He suggests as much in his ads and PayPal records show they are the same person, "Syntel Vista Distribution".

Now, I believe that this person is also Staceymama@hotmail.com, also known as WeeOnesRerun&More. All Id's are on hotmail and all have access to vintage chips (non-trival feat).

I pulled my PayPal records a couple of weeks ago, because I was have trouble as well. I found that Syntel Vista Distribution had a website (this was since been removed from PayPal and a phone number replaced it, big mistake). The website is www.svdistributing.com (of course the registrant records are not supplied, don't bother with whois). However, on the contacts page they list their "partners and related companies". Two are listed: 1 Pro Video Supply and ... WeeOnesReruns&More. Professional Video Supply (actual brick & mortar building), WeeOnesReruns&More, SV Distributing are all in Westminster, CA. That phone number I mentioned before is a residence in Corona, CA. About a 30 minute drive from Westminster.

Please be careful. Scrapmatic = G.I.Trading = Stacey = Martin Thornton

Well, two days ago I received the message from scrapmatic that the processors were shipped, and today I received the processors! I'm going to update "Good, Bad and Ugly..." thread shortly.

Mats, are you still waiting for the processors?

Hello all,

Today, I found that scrapmatic and g.i.trading eBay IDs
are "Not a Registered User" staus.

IF YOU DIDN'T HAVE RECIEVED YOUR ITEMS YET,
I STRONGLY RECOMMEND YOU, DO QUICK ACTIONS
AGAINST THIS SITUATION, OR ...

Best Regards,
