That looks very nice! No sign of being tampered with, I would say (especially given the unusual CPUID and the unlikelihood of someone faking a common part number from a sample) that it is very genuine!
Shame about the small chip on the top left of the ceramic  I would say it doesn't affect the value though, being an undocumented stepping.
