Athlon 3200 - temperature

when I was running my 1700+ at FSB200 and multiplier 11 at 1.65V the temperature didn't reach 40'C when idle, it rose to about 50'C when the processor was running 100% load. Guess Bartons should run pretty much the same so I guess 60'C idle is very much. When my proc was running underclocked to 1GHz@1.17V (or 1.27V not sure) it didn't even require a fan. In addition, I was using the cheapest thermal compound possible (noname for 50p).
Yep, I loved my 1700+JUIHB but I hated the Titan TTC-Cu5TB's fan - incredibly noisy when running 5400rpm

Hi

with the blower-fan i cable-tied to the top of the CPU fan, its staying around 54oC in bios now which is alot better then it was, Ive had the side on all day and the computer has not restarted itself.

Its quite a good CPU fan its a Artic Cooler and quite a large heatsink, its got like plastic bars on the top so I am able to cable-tie this Cooler-Master blower on top.

Since i added the front fans to blow in i must say they give off heat, when i put my hand on the case where they are its warm, probably because the hard drives are in the area i guess.

Anyway i hope this CPU lasts ok, im having to sell my old CPU as i need the money to help pay my large car service/mot bill

least i got the temp down.

Jesus Christ, volks, didn't someone of all you people the VCore Voltage he mentions: VCore 1.65 V ?!?
the 32+ needs hardly more than 1,25V, officially it is 1.35V
change it, starting from 1.35V; possible reason, your mobo doesnt recognize CPU correctly and sets the wrong voltage,
