That G8008 looks like a fake - I'll take it for 15 bucks LOL

That's what I thought when Stacymama sent it to me years ago! It didn't look anything like the C8008 she had posted on EBAY and since no one had ever heard of a G8008 at the time, I actually thought about throwing it in the trash!

Discovering the history behind the 'G' Prefix chips made all those years working on my book worth it. That history, that story, would have been lost forever if someone had not documented it. It's stories like this that make chip collecting so interesting.
