The pick of yesterday's finds on the way home
This PCPU5V66 was sitting in a crappy looking no-name computer.. I never expected such a nice looking chip to be waiting inside _________________ There are 10 types of people in this world:

Yes I did.. it is a Octek Rhino III. In good condition, with a little corrosion just starting around the onboard battery
Octek still even have a manual & bios files online _________________ There are 10 types of people in this world:

Next step:
find a Nexgen complete w/ manuals etc + a BBOX complete w/ manuals etc
If you can do that this means red or blue pill. |

unfortunately in Germany kerbside collections are no longer an annual party but individual by call.
So there's no chance to walk through the city and see what you find.
Furthermore electronic stuff has to be put to the regional junkyard where it is collected for recycling.
And the guys there watch over that stuff as if it was their mates...
So you have to have an open eye all day, you might see a little clutch at the walkway where somebody put electronic devices not knowing or ignoring the regulations _________________ You may use the photos I have posted here under CC BY-NC-SA license. |

Exactly the same in my area, I could quote you word by word.
As long as it is in the street it's nobody's property anymore, when picked up they are recycling's. |
