ok, some of you were interested what these small wafers are which were showed on the pictures. These wafers have a diameter of 3cm, that means
1.2 inch so I guess this are 1" wafers, and very very rare and hard
to get
I have two different of those and took a quick shot with the microscope:
the first one shows defenitly the old "Siemens" Logo but an unknown
nunber, the second one shows also a strange number and no manufacturer logo.

I found a third different one and this 1" wafer is much more interesting.
It shows the year 1970 on it and GE as manufacturer. General Electric??
