Here's the cap arrangement for a similar LGA771 socket test chip that doesn't have a QDF or s-spec.

Looks to be the same arrangement as the "Tejas" layout lazyfortress posted a while back.

An odd 775 chip I spotted (and subsequently bought). No sSpec or Qspec - no lasering at all on the IHS. Only numbers on the front substrate is C407A307S and 0352. Cap layout is different from any of the other CPUs I've seen.

IIRC this is a mech sample. I have one of these somewhere. I'll check if it was also unmarked.
