I was scammed by buyer even tracking said Delivered. eBay resolution centre is 100% on buyer 0% on seller side. I have described the case a few years ago. That is why I'm using extra option - special signature on delivery form which will is coming back to me. Now I have all buyers signatures to shippments in my home and "surprisingly" no new problems with orders Smile Not all countries support it but in that case simple I do not send there.

eBay has become a joke recently. I win an auction for $1. The seller is like 30 miles away, but wants $12 S&H for a small video card. There are regional rate boxes and even small flat rate is less expensive, but his answer is negative. So I'm going to pay anyway, but he just cancels the auction as "I'm out of stock or the item is damaged" and tells me to piss off. I leave him a pretty negative feedback, but it gets removed in a few minutes literally. I write to the customer support, WTF? The answer has made my day:

Code:
After reviewing the feedback you left for the seller, I found out that this kind of feedback does not really qualify for removal if we are to do so manually after an appeal. The only reason why it was removed automatically is due to a system clean up. This clean-up is part of the seller protection that we offer to our sellers who has a good standing in our community.

You may disagree with this but please don't think that this was done targeted to you. Any defect on a seller's account can be randomly removed due to this policy. We always made sure that our policy aligns with the betterment of our community and to provide good buying and selling experience.

Part of our policy as well is that once a feedback has been removed, we are unable to reinstate it nor give the buyer an option to leave another feedback. I know that it was not a smooth transaction as we hoped it to be but your sentiments have definitely reached us and made us fully aware.

Good standing, system clean up, yeah, why not...

@ph4ntom
I do not understand eBay feedback policy and I'm not trying to do that as it is not clear for members. Some regulations sounds like a joke but they are real in fact.

Last time I was relisting all old offers. On summary for 200 listings no fees so I accepted. After that I checked my balance and I was charged with 60 EUR of fees WTF ? I wrote them they have a bug and I was charged wrong. They said all was according to the rules (table of fees), not confirmed a bug but they fixed my balance to 0. Thanks to them for that but I must be more careful using that platform.
