My statement is that exactly this fits best for the ones of us that don't want to outbid friends.

Ok, what the fuck is with the non-paying, almost no feedback, money order not sending bidders. Out of my last 4 auctions two are now non-paying bidders with almost no feedback who claim to be sending a money order. Is this due to something e-bay has done or just random chance. It's fucking annoying. I've now decided I will list all my items requiring instant payment as I have seen before on other listings. I can't find this option though. Does anyone know where it is?

Here is it Smile

Just click "sell" -> choose the option "Customize your listing" -> click "start selling" -> select the category -> and click "continue"
You will get a window with all listing options. Scroll down to the payment section.
You'll see the payment options, like on my screenshot.

Unfortunately it works only if you list your item as a Buy It Now listing.
I also heard you must offer the PayPal as a single payment method, but I'm not completely sure about that.

I'm truly sick and tired of eBay. Just look at the fees! How ridiculous has this become?? Almost 10% of the item end price goes to ebay, and when you get to PAYPAL, another percentage gets taken away again. No wonder why top ebay store sellers have cancelled their account; Bargainland (used to have nearly 1 million feedback) even made it's own site, Bidtopia. If you were a big business making $100,000 a month on ebay, the increase in store fees would push you up from $1,000 to over $10,000 worth of end fees to pay. Murder

Yeah, eBay and paypal fees are high. Like 20%?! I have lost count of the number of sellers that have stopped selling. I see they are bringing in some kind of discount for high volume sellers. Maybe that will help. The problem is, as with any near monopoly, they feel free to almost do what they want. Many governments are also like this, taxation increases all the time for example.

Anyway, I am busy assembling some pictures of some of the cool things I found through eBay, or indirectly through eBay. ( Will be on the vintage electronics board soon. ).

I found this announcement on eBay Germany message board (in german language):
http://community.ebay.de/communitynews/item/show/1108

Now the IDs of ALL bidders on eBay Germany will be masked too.
