Not quite Smile

585, 589 family - i3002 clones - Mezon (Мезон) Chisinau, Moldova
589- i3002 - Micron (Микрон) Zelenograd, Russia
1821 - i8085- Novosibirsk plant (НЗПП) , Russia

580 - (i8080) and 1810 (i808x) - Kvazar, Rodon, Kvantor, Dnepr - Ukraine

And there were lot of MCUs clones manufacturers...

1810 family, ( i808x ), was cloned by Kvazar or Quasar (Квазар) Kiev, Ukraine in 1983-1984.

Several years later Kvazar passed on it's experience and documentation to Kvantor (Квантор) Zbarazh, Ukraine.

There were no any other 1810 CPUs manufacturers in the USSR.
So in any case it was made by Ukrainian manufacturer.

No logo + ""СДЕЛАНО В СССР" (MADE IN USSR) marking says that chip was made for export (most probably to Eastern Europe.)

By font style... I suppose that this chip was made by Kvazar.

In addition at least Rodon (aslo Ukraine) made 1810VM86.
