Hahahahaaahahahhaha

Where do you get that from? Yes Im sorry its the whole 'Were Number 1' 'USA USA USA' thing isnt it. Once people realise how weak the dollar acutally is and with all your schools teaching intelligent design and not teaching proper science it wont be long before you slip into depression.

Then the chinese/eastern asians will come along and rule the world. At least we'll have someone intelligent in charge who doesnt look and act like a mentally deficient monkey.

USA - "We'll teach our kids God created the earth"
World - "We'll teach our kids to have an open mind"

If this has come across as I hate the US, its because I do. Not the US people per se, but the US administration and the people who back it and the individuals who voted for dubbya.

Ahem...

Who do you think controls the value of the dollar? It's made weaker for a reason. If the U.S Dollar became the strongest currency in the world, what do you think would happen? No one would buy anything from the United States, economy would go down and people would actually leave because they can get more for their money elsewhere.
Imagine if you owned a company in the United States. Would you import (Completely out of randomness) solid wood kitchens from Europe that cost 10% more per set than they do in the U.S? Ofcourse not. You'd lose money and eventually go out of business. What if you're in EUROPE and owned the same exact company. Where, then, would you buy your solid wood kitchens? From Europe, or from the U.S? Who's economy benefits?
I think that's a good lesson for today, don't you think? Smile

I was talking about the dollar being weak in the following sence, rather then the way you discussed. Sorry if I was unclear.

The only thing that keeps the US economy buoyant is the fact that the oil is traded in US dollars, Therefore lots of people want US$ to pay for oil.

The US government is so much in debt that if countries stopped selling oil in US$ the economy would collapse.

Hey that’s a coincidence, Iraq started to sell there oil in euros and the US invaded (and bullied its friends into helping) Iraq to restore democracy Rolling Eyes after the US government had put the Sadaam and the Ba’ath party into power 20 years earlier.

Hope that hasn’t put a nasty taste into your wonderful American pie.

The country's main source of income is Real estate, crude oil and bonds. Believe it or not, Debt is what makes the economy prosper. Without it the country would go down the tube.
Besides, even if the country is in debt in the Trillions, who's going to do anything about getting their money back? I seriously doubt Europe or China would risk getting into a nuclear war with the U.S. Oh well, that's life for ya. Smile

If you seriously think that any country would start a nuclear war then I've lost the arguement with you right there.

Never argue with a fool. Someone watching may not be able to tell the difference
