Ti SXL2-66s are basically Cyrix 486DRx2s (Cyrix 486DRx2-25/50 = TI SXL2-25/50), so I expect this one to be strictly identical than a Cyrix 486DRx2-33/66.

The Universal Chip Analyzer was not called the Universal CPU Analyzer for a reason: from the very beginning of the project back in 2017, I have in mind a tester for various ICs and not just CPUs. The 8087 was the first non-CPU that could be tested on the UCA, but a FPU is technically close to CPU. Another component that often fail on early 70s & 80s computers is the memory (“RAM”) chips. Back in these days, DRAM didn’t come in SIMM or DIMM modules like in the 90s and later, but simply as individual ICs assembled on the motherboard. The most common were the 2164/4164 (64 Kbits) and the 21256/41256 (256 Kbits) as found on the original IBM PC XT motherboard or many other iconic computers like the Commodore 64...

Has anyone tested an NEC 8080A in the UCA? Is it detected differently to the Intel 8080A?

If not, page 14 of https://web.archive.org/web/20160710191636/http://classiccmp.org/cini/pdf/DrDobbs/DrDobbs-1976-11-12-v1n10.pdf details some differences, as reported by NEC to IMSAI.
