The first is a gate array chip based on the Hitachi Washi CMOS technology for the Data General low-end and mid-range systems, circa early 90's.
the second is a mobile CPU mounted on a PGA adapter for use in desktop systems
I looks at these chips on taobao for time, if you thinking to buy something I'm in for the PIII-800 and for one Celeron |

| May be are 100mhz bus CPU overclocked at 133mhz but you can discover that only if you open one and on the die there is the S-Spec. |

Im pretty sure that the Intel chip are a local Chinese invention or a fake, because that package are not a Intel package. _________________ My collection: http://www.cpucollection.se :::::: http://www.chipdb.org Photos of chips you never knew existed. Sure
but can't invent the CPU die, so under that heatsink there is an Intel PIII or a celeron
I'd like to collect also strange variations of a chip (fake or not fake like the all Pentiums gold) |
