need help to identify a ibm chip

Hi
i need help to identify this IBM chip
it is a white ceramic chip
and glued to a heatsink
the print on the bottom of the chip say P2421340
the HS say :IBM 16 14 W21 1300 PQ 2150 P8421340
Does anyone have one with the HS removed?
and know what it is ?

looking at his pins I think it can be a "Muskie" power cpu, here http://www.cpu-world.com/forum/viewtopic.php?t=9619&highlight= you can see one without the heatsink
