i've an ak73pro with atlon 750 mhz proc ,can i upgrade with duron 1400-dhd1400dlv1c or doesn't work this. Question

No, AOpen AK73Pro uses the Via KT133 chipset, which only supports up to 200FSB. The Duron 1400 runs at 266FSB, so it is not supported. However, it may still run at a reduced speed.
