NO, only the adapter
you can use a DELL DA-1, on Ebay start at 6 euro and is also fanless
connection from PW-200-V and DA-1 is very easy, I use two standard male/female connectors from an old AT PSU
there are two kind of PW-200, this is the most rare with the hole for the fixage in any part of your PC and then you can connect it with a standard 20 pin extended cable at the MB, the other version is intended for a direct connection on the MB (impossible on the most standard MB)
