What is the biggest cpu that I could upgrade to without having any problems.I now have a AMD duron D750Aut1B with a 462 socket. Idea

It's not possible to tell that without knowing the make and model of your motherboard.

Compaq 5000 series computer. Exact model is a 5WV261.

CPU is a AMD Duron 750MHZ with heatsink.

Motherboard with faceplate is a Compaq Uwave. The numbers listed on the board are S0104 & 0A23125KA3

3 sticks of 256MB of PC133 memory.
