Is the switch used to change multiplier or fsb for some tweaking or overclocking?

Or it's voltage control?

PNY QuickChip 233MHz 3D CPU Upgrade.
I've used these before. I don't remember what the switches do.
I never needed to change them and I cannot find any documentation.
Some info on Cpushack's website http://www.cpushack.net/UpgradeProcessors.html#upgradeprocessors

Its a modified winchip, modified by PNY.

They are in upgrade kits, or in computers that had them installed by the user.

Evergreen made a similar one

I didn't notice that the chip bottom was a separate module.
I have a 486 DX4-100 in an Evergreen adapter socket.

I've sold one or two before and just found two more recently in some university pc's that I traded. Not real common in the US but not real uncommon either.
