I have a collection (from a wafer I was presented) of separate Intel 80387 chip dies (see attachment).
They are pre-sliced and from the pre-assembly part of the manufacturing process. Goes without saying that these are truly unique.
I am planning to make them available in lots of 5. I'd be interested in offers etc. Proceeds of sales to fund my new ChipArt projects - see http://chipartist.blogspot.com

Absolutely hugo929, in fact I spent some time confirming this. The wafer states 80387CB and I compared my photos with those that others had taken and found them to be identical.
Hope that helps, - C h i p A r t i s t -

I'm not so sure about the pricing. The start price for a set of 5 die is as much as I would expect some sellers to sell a complete wafer for. _________________ My graphics card database can be found at http://www.gpuzoo.com.
