I can't recall seeing many of them. I've bid on a few on EBAY over the years but have always been outbid but I can't remember what they ended up selling for.
This one shows up the other day on EBAY and quickly hits $100.00.

I currently have the high bid @ 201.00 but I'm thinking about folding
if it goes any higher. I've had pretty good luck with this seller but
I can't tell anything about the condition of the chip from the photo. |

If it helps - I bought Intel 8080A CS and Zilog Z80 for $280 in May 2003.
