I have found an source to buy an Intel Pentium II Xeon 350/512Kb.
I asked the seller for some information about it, because i know this processor should be an ES.
He gave me the markings that are on the processor and is going to send me a picture too.
Here are the markings:

INTEL Confidential
80523KX3505S
O80620BCA0-319 A4

I asked him too the Sspec on this cpu (there has to be some, or am i wrong)?
I didn't find any info about this markings on the CPU (only Q515 looks like it is this CPU)?
Any thoughts on this ?

There doesnt have to be an sspec or qspec. Engineering samples early in the process that arent being sent out to customers or arent leaving a lab many times dont have an sspec of any kind. The most common ones you see like this are early Xeon's and Pentium 4's with just a numbering starting in D on the heatsink.

Note that i said he had some other samples as well. (in other speeds or cache sizes)
So i meant not this particular processor, he only has 2 of these.
Me and El_gecko will take this sample, i wait for further information on the other samples from the seller Smile

I'd be interested in a Q666, but suspect they are all gone already...
