what speed are the two PPC750CXEFPs
only BGA IBM PPC i can find with a speed rating is the 533MHz PPC750CXEHP55-3 (web hearsay... so dont know if real or not lol)
and the voltages on PPC750CXEs are
CPU CORE = 1.8V
CPU BUS = 2.5V
and they come in the following parts
PPC750CXEDP..
PPC750CXEFP..
PPC750CXEHP..
