Slicer software for monitor

I am looking for some cool software that does this:

Eizo Screen Sliver.. a utility to manage multiple windows on one screen. ( and I assume across multiple monitors)

Problem is, it only runs on Eizo screens... so does anyone know of software that does the same thing but works on any screen?

i dont know of any freeware, but in programs that have a trialware version (30 days) u can try UltraMon from RealtimeSoft
