| In the Pentium 4 Northwood and Prescott CPUs, all the 800MHz FSB ones are Hyperthreading capable and all the slower ones are not Hyperthreaders. By any chance, are any of these slower cores dormant Hyperthreaders waiting for a pinout modification to fire up this function? (Seems to me there is also a "200" and "220" mobile celeron family that`s Hyperthreaders, just for side mention). |

As far as I know it's not possible to enable Hyper-Threading by modifying the CPU . _________________ thandor.net - hardware
