I have sent many chips to China and all have arrived fine but have a very special box of chips that I want to send the safest method possible. I wanted to see what you guys thought would be best method that would have tracking.

Globl Priority Mail or Global Express Mail, both will set you back $37-$50 in shipping, but worth it for expensive parts.
