Allendale or Wolfdale?

i am thinking of buyin a new cpu as my last one blew up. i don't know which one would be better, can anyone explain plz?

Just check if the motherboard support the e7xxx series and then go with e7300, it's better than e4600 (faster and cosume less energy)
