CPU: N80C188
Item number: 200283493764

Refund given to buyer.

A moderated sticky thread would be useful to keep track of missing/stolen cpus.

Why would you refund, if the buyer didn't buy insurance? Not your fault the item was lost in transit- Not to say a nice seller wouldn't want a happy (but innocent) buyer.

Thats not fair, then! Have you disputed this Paypal claim... Do you have a recepit for transit, tracking information? Your credit card can even supply enough information if you paid for shipping with it.

http://www.ukauctionhelp.co.uk/ppchargeback.php <--- something you might want to read, albiet pertaining to the UK directly.

For $5 USD... doesn't seem worth it. Probably still in transit.
Mailing to and from Russia can take up to 6 weeks.
