This is what I was talking about in the other thread. The last 5 auctions on IDT by you know who have been 100+ and while I am sure everyone wouldnt mind having one probably wouldnt pay more than 10 or 15 a piece. Shill in my opinion.

They are MEGARARE because they are:

VERY STRANGE and Unusual HEAVY GOLD "BUG CHIPS"!
And Military also.

I saw this today, and thought it looks familiar:
http://cgi.ebay.com/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewItem&ssPageName=STRK:MEWAX:IT&item=380102856137

But it should not be familiar, because these GOLD "bugs" are SUPER RARE! They are so rare that, "Likely you will NEVER see a New rack of these Vintage Beauties."

However, there was another sale 2 weeks ago:
http://cgi.ebay.com/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewItem&ssPageName=STRK:MEWAX:IT&item=380097766707

The winner of this auction was
Bidder: v***l (582*)

30-Day Summary
Total bids: 82
Items bid on: 46
Bid activity (%) with this seller: 69%

This is not good. Sad

On the reverse of them is a Green Dot which ususally is an indicator that they are operable.

if those AMDs were 93xx and not 96xx they were definitely something special:
http://www.cpu-museum.com/Historicals_e.htm

Also naming all DIP packages "bug" chip is funny.

I wonder if he ran out og 42 pin flat pack AMD 2901's...
