I was getting info on the socket 423 Gigabyte board i picked up during the kerb collections
and on the Gigabyte site it lists that all of its 423 boards will accept a P4-Willamette 800 (400)
I checked their listing of 423 processors for cpu board support (in which it was included) for any speeds missing.
Their listing went from 1.3GHz - 2.0GHz so it wasnt a typo as all the processor speeds were listed
What is this elusive 800MHz P4 Willamette
I will check other mobo sites to see if its listed anywhere else _________________ There are 10 types of people in this world:

Early Willamette P4 ES's (QT69ES, maybe among others) can down to 800MHz. _________________ My microprocessor collection: The Gecko's CPU Library |
