|
|
I just got some RAM in a configuration I have not seen.
It's a 32-pin DIP (purple ceramic), with 4 HM66204L-12 sop chips on it. Total capacity = 256KB
HM66204L-12 has 128k words * 8-bits, with an access time of 120 ns. It has a Tri-state output.
Does anyone know what this sort of module would have been used in? _________________ My graphics card database can be found at http://www.gpuzoo.com.

Never seen ram like that, only time I saw something similar was for an ASCENTIA brand laptop Ram upgrade.
I guess it could be for some old laptop, 186-286-386s range.

I know that someone will come out saying it's some printer's memory! LOL |
