I bought this processor second hand and I have trouble identify it. I would appreciate very much if someone could help me identify it.

It looks like a Pentium III processor but I am not sure.

It has two NEC chips and one Intel chip.

The NEC chips have the following number:
D43283LGF-A44
9827E7052

The Intel chip is on the other side located at the center of the processor. The numbers are:

S82459AD
LB323269
SL2WF

Thank you in advance
