Yah same capacity as the 1702 but different organization
The 1702 was 256x8 where as the TMM121 is 512x4
It was used in Toshiba's first computer, the TLCS-12A with a T3190 CPU in 1976 or so. _________________ New for 2025! The CPU Shack has a co-processor!

You dont have to ask me twice John, but just put it on the shelf for now as ill wait for more chips to ad before shipping, and please pm me the cost of one as well. Thats one of the nicest sets of chips i have seen, especially being a complete set and all. _________________ "The only reason for time is so that everything doesn't happen at once." A.E. |

If you've got a spare, I'll be in for one. Very art deco looking (and I bet there's not too many chips you can say that about!) |
