Motorola usually used a C in the suffix for extended temps.

This looks like a custom marked part, and a cool one at that

Last year I received a request for a datasheet for T68000ADC10H. I didn't have any information on the chip (and still don't have). The person who asked for the datasheet also sent a picture of the chip:

I couldn`t find any info either on mine.
The 10H is also a nice chip.
