These are some of my finds this weekend.

Please ID the IBM 6x86, 2122CN, 2121CP, 2120CP & VLSI VL82C50

No info in the Chip directory for these.

Are you sure the chip directory does not mention the 6x86? I always thought it was a fairly common chip family (same as Cyrix 6x86, part of the x86 family...)

that particular IBM model does not yet appear in the directory, but if you look at the IBM identification page, you can determine the specifications.

You would also find the details of that part number on my web site, where I have recorded most known variant and versions of almost any chip family in my collection. I had forgotten that most collectors don't check lrge listed collections before asking questions, knowing that there are a few sites whch have a large amount of such info

I checked Chip Datasheet Archive, but found nothing for these:
XR2122CN, XR2121CP, XR2120CP (EXAR Integrated Systems)

Anyone have better luck than me?
