It is not about CPUs but I hope you'll help me to answer a question about SCSI cable. I have 68-pin SCSI cable which has one standart 68-pin connector for HDD, however, it ends with a different 68-pin connection (see photos). Should I terminate this cable and what terminator fits into that connector? If yes, mayby, somebody has two for sale? Thanks.

This seems to be a female SCA80 scsi connector not a 68 pin, but now I see the 67/68 label, don't know never saw one before.

Do you need 68-pin connector for HDD on both ends?
If so, I may have two of these.

I will check if you PM me.

it is a a SCA-68 connector, instead of the standard SCA-80.. there are a few drives come with SCA-68 connection.

yes, you will need to terminate the connector.

If you can find a SCA-68 terminator.. it wont be cheap Shocked

the best option is too replace the complete cable Surprised

Thank you for answers. I got SCSI drive and cables for free but they hadn't terminators for some reason. It is really easier to get new ones.

yes internal scsi cables are easy to find and most now have a terminator built-in on the cable.
Pity u not closer as i have a box full of cables, adaptors & terminators Crying or Very sad

What is the make/model of the drive/s, so i can make sure you get the correct sort of cable and terminator.

It is Fujitsu MAN3184MP (Ultra 160/68-pin/LVD). I found some cables for sale in Lithuania. But if I fail to get them I'll ask you to ship them with Intel 4040. Thank you for the help.
