i wonder if the ruler is like some cheap metal ones work bought once...
when u put the scale against a calibrated ruler.. the 300mm mark was only 294mm long

Or how about 4800 rolls of flagging tape we puchased which were meant to be 75m long each, the boxes were marked 75m, but the rolls were between 64-67m in length  |
