Alright, all I could achieve was the mobile version of said processor
It's 3D and to scale in it's depth, using different thicknesses of foam. |

Well, it's 3 copies of this image printed on glossy-text (has the same sheen of PCB and the metal) cut out roughly, glued to proper thickness foam (6mm for the PCB, 3mm for the processor cap and components), cut out fine and sanded round as appropriate, and then glued together with a gluestick  |
