G - 1x Signetics 74S181N (SA) $4
H - 1x RCA CD74HCT181E - Highspeed CMOS (TTL compat) 4-bit ALU $3
I - 2x Motorola SN74LS181N $3
J - 2x Signetics 100181F - (ceramic) ECL Binary/BCD (Binary Coded Decimal) 4-bit ALU $5
K - SOLD OUT Fairchild 74F181 - Ceramic 4-bit ALU $5
L - 3x Signetics 74F381N 4-bit ALU $3
M -6x TI SN74AS881ANT - 4-bit ALU w/ status registers $3
N - 2x TI SN74S381N - 4-bit ALU $3
O - 3x TI SN74S381N - 4-bit ALU $3
P - 4x TI SN74S482N - 4-bit control element for bitslice processors (this is 2nd half of a bit slice CPU) $4

General Information:
The 74181/54181/10181/581 is a 4-bit ALU that can do 16 logic functions and 16 arithmetic functions
The 100181 Can do 8 arithmetic, and 8 logic functions on 2 4-bit BCD variables
The 74381 is a simpler 181, it can only do 3 logic operations and 3 arithmetic fucntions
The 74881 is the same as a 181 with the addition of status registers.
S = Schottky
LS = Low power Shottky
F and AS = Fast or Advanced Shottky (same technology, different name)
