here is some photos of the nixie tube calc....its from 1969-70 from date codes...
model Canon Canola 162 with core memory from Nec inside the hermetic closed aluminum box....custom ttl logic full working condition...

Are you sure it's core memory? It should be magnetostrictive acoustic delay line.

wtf is this....
im not sure of course....i dont open the box...i cant open without damage it...
what is magneto....thing?
btw i read some specs device and have 2 memory banks of 16 digits or something...so i supose this must be the memory stuff....
please explain...Smile

That's a similar (and earlier) model to the Canola 167P I picked up a few months ago. I'd never heard of dixie tubes until I found this one.
The 167P can be programmed using the keypad or using punched cards.
It doesn't have a magnetostrictive acoustic delay line in it.
