I had this 486 chip uploaded today and my little fake warninglight started blinking... Its just a feeling perhaps but 5962-9310503QXA is exactly the same as the famous 286 with a 486 military model number.
Is it a coincidence that these two have the same number or does they origin from the same "factory"?
Not the usual white print, a bit irregular and so on... (But as we never seen this chip before it COULD look this way and being from Intel, but im skeptic)
The 286 fake

In the military partnumber, there is a number corresponding to the military drwaing number. Here it is "93105".
A 286 and a 486 cannot have same drawing...
So, one of them is a fake, and because the military partnumber is written on 2 lines on the 486 (which is never the case), I would say that it is definitely the fake one... _________________ Register on x86-guide.net to manage and share your collection on-line !

5962-9310503QXA is a DX2-50 (the 286 has long known to be a fake obviously)
so its possible the DX2 IS correct, as it has the correct part number _________________ New for 2025! The CPU Shack has a co-processor!
