I got a huge lot of processors donated to me today.
I got all these processors from 1 person, and for free Very Happy
Some highlights:
486 SX16
Pentium goldcap 100 mhz s7
AMD 486 DX40 with no malay (maybe not so rare, but it does look a bit odd compared to the other amd 486s i have)
AMD athlon Slot a 1 Ghz
Just look at the pics to see how much i got from him (i know i got a lot of common chips too but for the fact i got it free, i dont mind):

bottom cap is strange. Never seen a cap like that on overdrives.

It depends how you see it. Wink They are all indicating that it is a fake in my book.

Congrats on nice finds by the way!

well, it looks pretty good still.
the personen i bought this from lives in the netherlands, and bought this chip in a retail box.
so i would hardly doubt that its fake.
the engraving also looks really genuine to me
iknow that i can be wrong, but i do think there is a chance that this chip could be genuine

If this is a fake it is one of the best I
have ever seen!
-print on the heatsink very hard to fake
-engraved speed marking on upper right
corner very hard to fake
-gluing a metal pan above the original
black lid(?) is a very cool idea but only
professionals will be able to stamp out
such nice pans! And nobody knows if not
Intel did this job for some reasons....

That's a great collection of chips!
My fake-a-meter is going crazy on that Overdrive though.

nice haul! sx16 and gold p100 are rare.
I cannot see any of your pictures so I cannot say whether the OD is fake or not.
